Sterling Silver and Motor Agate Fordite Necklace #2265

Lapidary cut, multi-layered Motor Agate (Fordite) cabochon set in sterling silver. The salvaged and repurposed material set in this piece began as a hunk of cured auto paint overspray that was harvested from a major auto plant many years ago.

This piece has a beautiful, articulated Type 3 Motor Agate cabochon: Color on color layers with metallics. 

This lovely cab is set in a fabricated and cast component, freeform square sterling silver setting that has been given our signature mini-hammered finish. 

Chain is: Rare, 16"inch, Gorgeous 20 strand liquid silver sterling heishi bead necklace, with sterling cone ends and hand made hook clasp.
