Sterling Silver and Motor Agate Fordite Necklace #2263

Lapidary cut, Type 1 Motor Agate (Fordite), color on color layers, with primer layers. It is a drop shaped cabochon set in hand fabricated solid sterling silver, with our signature mini-hammered finish detail.

The salvaged and repurposed fordite material set into this lovely piece began as a hunk of cured auto paint overspray that was harvested as a byproduct of spray painting cars in the automotive industry!

Pendant dimensions from top of bail: 37MM x 20mm.

Hand signed on reverse.

The Chain: 18" oxidized foxtail square wheat chain, 2.5mm in diameter. Classic, beautiful, intricate.
