Stainless Steel and Motor Agate Fordite Earrings #2157

Lapidary cut, multi-layered Motor Agate (Fordite) matched cabochon pair set in Stainless Steel with full bezel backs and open sides to expose the many layers visible in the material. The salvaged and repurposed material set in these earrings began as a hunk of cured auto paint overspray that was harvested from a major auto plant many years ago.

These pieces are beautiful, thick cut and low domed Type 2 Motor Agate cabochons: Color on color layers with metallics.
